I can help you to write your CMP. What are the requirements? Do you have to align with MIL-HDBK-61A? MIL-STD-973? EIA-649?

 

At the very least, you should have the following sections in your CMP:

 

Configuration Management and Planning

Configuration Identification

Configuration Control

Configuration Status Accounting

Configuration Verification and Audit
