Configure Next Experience Workspace preferences ? San Diego

Hi Guys either I'm crazy or I don't activated a sys_propertie to see this but in my instance the Workspace Menu is not available in User Menu

Any Guidance would be great

Hi @Mateo Bilandzija 

unfortunately it is not really clear what your concern is.

Do you mean the following menu in your Next Experience UI?

If so go to /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_ux_experience_category.do%3Fsys_id%3Dafb4e3e173322010f0ca1e666bf6a726

I assume that in your instance the following entries are missing:

Click on "New" and add a Workspace of your choice:

After Browser refresh a new entry was added (in my PDI) or the menu should now visible to you:

Thanks for pointing this out. I do have a couple questions for you. 

When creating the New record, should you be in the application scope of the workspace being added or doesn't it matter?

If you delete the record and then try to add the same workspace back again, is there something I need to do to make it appear again?

And lastly, is there a way to control the order of the dropdown list when clicking workspace?

I don't see that option either as described in the original post - this is where you go to your User in the top right and go to "Preferences".
