Confirmation Warning of automated deletion (cascade) - Demand vs Project Task -

The confirmation message when deleting a Demand (via UI action Delete button) which is referenced in other records (Task, RIDAC) is different from the one seen when deleting a Project task (which has subtasks).  We had a recent issue by which a user removed a parent project task which resulted in deleting 49 sub tasks.  We would like the more extensive message to be displayed in these cases.

Tested in an OOTB Vancouver instance and got the attached messages (see attached file).

- Demand: Warns about automatic deletion

- Project Task: Only asks to confirm deletion (but doesn't provide additional warning details, like the one on Demand)

Not sure if this behavior has always been like these for project tasks or if it changed on a family release.

Either way would like to ask:

1- How can I set our instance to present the longer warning message, when attempting to delete a project tasks with children tasks?

2- Would changing the message on Demands will be considered deviating from OOTB?

3 - Why is the behavior different between different objects?

Appreciate any insight,
