Trigger an email when commented on ticket for requestor

I have a requirement to send an email only to requestor if ticket assigned person has made comment for requestor.

Hi @Shweta91 ,

 

You can follow below steps to do.

  1. Create notification on your target table.
  2. Add condition in "When to Send" like below.
