Connect Chat Error Message - 'The administrator has restricted access to connect chat'.

Hi!

I am receiving an error message when trying to use Connect Chat, can anyone advise please?

p.s I am the administrator.

I have just found details to change the glide.connect.chat.disabled to false and this seems to have worked!

I tried this. Found it and it was already blank. I still cant access Connect Chat...
