Connect to shared mailbox with service account

Hi,

I've read some topics around here on how to connect to a shared mailbox, but none of them really worked for me. Could anyone clarify what the syntax is? I've read "shared mailbox address\service account", or the other way around, or maybe it's something entirely different.
