Create a new catalog item
Fields-
1) requestor -reference (requestor should be auto populated with login user)
2)groups access- list (requestor can select max 5 groups)
3) due date (Due date should be auto populated with adding 5 days from now)
4)justification- multiline text and mandatory (if due date is changed by user to 5 days before then justification field should be visible)
Above all fields should be mandatory
Flow designer
1st Approval -requestor's manager
2nd approval- to all the managers of the groups selected in group access
Respective Tasks should be generated to all the selected groups
RITM should be closed only if all the tasks get closed.
