I hope help can be provided. A while back, I discovered documentation that provided a visual of the 'Create Contact' catalog item found in the CSM catalog. Unfortunately, I don't remember where I found that information and really need it right now. Does anyone know where I can find documentation with a visual of the 'Create Contact' catalog item found in CSM customer portal?
If it matters, our company is using Vancouver but updating to Washington DC next week.
