CSM Portal Clear Notifications

Hello Everyone,
in csm portal header menu widget , it displays notifications when a case or request has been updated, however is there a way to clear these notifications? does somebody know how to implement this functionality?

Hi @Damian Martinez ,

 

For the CSM notification you can go ahead with below 2 ways :

  1. Service Portal < Header and footer < CSM Unified Portal Header Menu < Notification - this needs to be updated
  2. Service Portal configuration < Portal < select customer service < select notification

In this notification script you need edit as per your requirement.

Please find below navigation:

The header is read only, you need to clone the it and edit it as per your requirement. This header should be added for csm portal.
