Custom Choice List is throwing error

Hi, 

we are having table pm_project, in which as per requested we have added a new Choice "On Hold",

But now it is throwing error, we tried to change the value of these but none of this worked

We have gone through this KB Article

But it seem no Luck,

@ahmadfaiz Since we followed all the steps suggested by the KB article, I recommend you to create a case with ServiceNow support to take their guidance on what else can be done to address this issue.
