Deleted Business Application form

Hello,

I've some how I deleted 'Business Applications' form which comes default with PDI/DEV instance and this deletion happened through an update set.

Is there any way that can be reverted back to original or do I've to create manually.

I've uploaded the form xml then it worked and I'm seeing form but 4 form sections are not available updated.

Do we have any option to export the form xml with related list items?

Can you share a screenshot of your current Business Application form which got fixed after uploading these files?

Which sections are you talking about . Can you name them?

Highlighted I've added form and form sections with exported xml's from brand new PDI. 

Form section data is related list of the form as in the Screenshot.

Q: when I check the view form sections are not coming and I'm looking into that.
