Display RITM number instead of REQ, for the requests created from Now mobile App

Hi,

I am trying to update the logic to display RITM number, when the request is created from Now mobile App.

currently I see the create request page is redirected to /mesp/id=sc_cat_item?sys_id={{id}}.  But, form the sc_cat_item page I am unable to find the widget, that is picked up. 

Also , I wanted to remove order now button and show only submit, which on submit redirects to a page that should show RITM. I tried settting - ' use cart layout' to false and 'no cart' to true on the catalog item, but no luck. 

Can anyone please help.

Hi, On catalog item in catalog view , if you don't mention anything in short description of catalog item then by default after submitting the form it show REQ and not RITM , so inorder to resolve this just put something under short description of catalog item then you would get RITM only.
