I am thinking of writing a business rule to stop triggering a survey if this user has received a survey in the last 35 days.
Is there any other way to make this a condition?
Please advise on how to write the business rule if not.

Christoffer

Hi
Please have a look at Survey Frequency which is nicely described at Setting up survey triggers | KB Article
To be more specific you need to set the repeat interval on the survey trigger record.
Please mark this helpful/correct, if applicable.

Hi, the repeat interval only seems to take into account the current record. So if the same customer creates another case immediately after the first case sent out a satisfaction survey, the customer will receive a new survey invitation even though 35 days haven't passed.

Hello Olafchris,
I believe that is not the case. Even if the user creates another Case record and the trigger condition are met, the Survey will not be sent to the user untill the repeat interval is met. So for new Case record as well user should receive Survey after 35 days.
Please mark my respsone as helpful/correct, if it answer your question.
Thanks.
