Hi All,
Do we have any RTO or RPO attributes available in the CMDB?
What is the format of these fields? What CI classes are these attributes on?
Please provide your suggestion.

These fields are not on the CMDB tables but can be added as required.

Need to provide some more information. You would create the fields on the CI table. How you populate the data into these will be down to your process.

Recovery time objective (RTO) and Recovery point objective (RPO) are contained within the Service Commitments level associated with Service Offerings.
