Currently, ServiceNow offers four subscription levels for Integration Hub – Starter, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise. Each subscription pack comes with different Spokes and functions. The starter pack is a no-cost subscription with a limit of 1,000,000 transactions per year.

Integration Hub Starter Edition – No cost subscription up to 1,000,000 transactions per year. Integration Hub Standard Edition – Starting at $100 per month. Integration Hub Professional Edition – Pricing N/A.

1. Navigate to [Now Support] > Automation Store > Service Catalog.
2. Click Activate Plugin. https://support.servicenow.com/now? id=ns_automation_store&catalog_sys_id=891f088e465667e234a3cb52ffa1d299. [Required] In What is your target instance, select the instance on which to activate the plugin.

The 1 million free transactions are no longer true for all customers, the number of transactions at no charge may be different for different customers. Each customer should check with their account team to ensure that they understand what they are entitled to.
