Document Intelligence Errors - Configuration OR Network Error , Failed to process this task

I have configured a use case in Document Intelligence to extract values from a PDF on a domain-separated instance. However, the PDF is not being processed, and I am receiving the error "Failed to process this task." In the ml_solution table, the "docintel_pdf_preprocessing_workflow" task is not being processed and is showing a state of "Configuration OR Network Error." The Document Intelligence tasks are failing in Vancouver. I have updated the ACLs as per the workaround - The docintel tasks are gettig failed in Vancouver  and also changed the system property glide.shared_service_scheduler.url to "https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/," but it is still not working. Can anyone assist me with this issue?
