Does anyone found the purpose yet of diagram builder?

Hello,

I have read the other community articles regarding diagram builder and it seems like I still cannot find the specific purpose of diagram builder there. I know that it is installed together with flow diagramming but I don't know what is its specific use. I can't also found it in the service now documentations. Does anyone have any source of information regarding this or has anyone tried it yet.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Based on replies in the following thread, it seems like Diagram Builder is just used for Flow Diagramming in San Diego. It's an internal application so doesn't seem like it currently can not be used anywhere else.

Hello Ronald,

Benefits -

Enable the flow diagramming view of a flow to gain these benefits.
  • Add and edit Flow Designer components within specific paths of a flow.
  • See the branches and paths a flow can follow.
  • See the relationships between Flow Designer components.

Hello this is just specific to the flow diagramming feature of the flow designer and not about diagram builder itself.

Thanks for that reply.

Yes I have also read that thread, if it is an internal application, is it only accessible for the servicenow employees right and not for the customers? So we could only see it right.
