Does ServiceNow have the capability to support translation into different language if the ticket / input come in English? If yes is there any additional cost to enable that.

Do you mean SNOW or actually ServiceNow? This is the ServiceNow Community, not SNOW. Both are not the same.

You might have a look into Dynamic Translation, what you are asking sounds like can be covered with Dynamic Translation. Though be aware: this is NOT free.

Hi Trupti,
FYI, Dynamic Translation is not a translation service in itself but uses one of the external translation service such as Google Cloud Translator, IBM Watson Language Translator, Microsoft Azure Translator service. These external services may require additional license and cost.
