Does the "Between" condition on UX Lists include the dates selected?

Hi,

 

I am making some UX Lists and I want to use the "Between" Condition and I am wondering if it will include things on the two dates I select, or if it starts after the first date and ends before the second date.

 

For example, if I have:

Will something with a Date of Most Recent Incident on 2023-07-01 be included or excluded from this list?
