Hi guys,
I'm struggling with something that feels like it should be simple.
I'd like to have the ServiceNow Banner dynamically change depending on who is logged in. We are in a domain separated instance and some of our customers have asked for that extra personal touch.
currently I can see this working as When I log into ServiceNow the banner displays our company logo!
Now I've been doing some digging but can't really seem to get to the bottom of what is required or what the problem is.
I've gone to the company record in question, I've changed the view to 'My Company' and I've added their logo to the 'Banner Image' field
when I then log in as an end users of theirs I still have the stock ServiceNow Banner.
Please can anyone offer up some assistance!
Thanks in advance

Hi Kyren,
You are using UI16. Please update UI16 Banner Image Field in the company record. Configure the form Layout if the field is not available. See the following-
Hope this helps,

Hi Kyren,
Is the company set on user's profile when you tested it? The banner is displayed dynamically based on users company(on user table), can you please check this once?
Thanks

Can you please refresh your cache once (cache.do) and also try this with other users.
Thanks
