Hi,
I am having an issue where when I open an email from the related list of the case. When I click on the Reply UI Action or the Reply All UI Action, it is taking me to a new tab with Forward Email template filled in instead of Reply and Reply All template. This is happening particularly in Workspace alone and not the native UI.
Please suggest.

Did you resolve this issue? We are having a similar issue where the reply/ reply all buttons pulls in a different email completely
