Hello Team,
Has anyone able to configure or enabled the function to send an email directly from a Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan within ServiceNow BCM? The sample steps are below but I cannot find this. I only see communication but there's no option for Email type. It's just a plain space.

Key steps:
- Access the DR Plan: Go to the ServiceNow BCM module and open the desired DR Plan.
- Locate Communication Options: Within the plan details, look for a section related to communication methods, usually labeled as "Notifications" or similar.
- Select Email: Choose the "Email" option to initiate the email composition process.
- Compose the Email:
- Recipient List: Select the pre-defined recipient list associated with the DR plan (e.g., key personnel, emergency response team).
- Subject Line: Enter a clear subject line indicating the DR plan activation or event details.
- Body Text: Include essential information from the DR plan, like activation instructions, contact details, and any necessary actions for the recipients.
- Send Email: Click the "Send" button to deliver the email notification to the designated recipients.
