Enable questions on the knowledge article

I need to enable users to be able to post questions on the knowledge articles, can you please guide me on how do I go about enabling the questions on the article?

Hi Kamva,

Are you looking for Commenting feature on Knowledge article? So end user can add comments and other users can response.

If yes, check Knowledge base configuration and check if Disable Commenting checkbox is checked, If yes unchecked that field.
