Enable Service Desk agents to view User's Security Answers

Hi , Our Service Desk should be able to reset the password of all the user, in order to validate the identity of the users calling they need to validate the answers the user had given to the security questions from the enrollment process
Due to different languages and ways of typing the answers our agents must be able to read the answers and validate by phone the answer the user say they recall that they typed
Out of the box SN-Pwd Reset Process enable for the agents to type the answers we need them to READ the answers and if possitive reset the password
Is there an way to enable this?
