End User not able to search his Demand number under 'My Tickets' on esc portal

We have created record producer, and it is mapped with Demand Table. End user will submit the record producer form from the esc portal and demand number will generate, then on esc portal we have 'My Tickets/Requests' section under that whatever Demands submitted by user will be display, there is search option where user should be able to search his Demand number, but it is not working whenever user entering his Demand number and trying to search he is getting 'Search didn't match any requests' message. We have already configured conditions in "request_filter" table to display demands, and it is working as well but only issue is we can't search directly with the help of Demand number.

No, not even working for admins.
there are some ACL's those are not blocking. No BR.

We can see those 2 Demands but if we copy that number and try to search by entering in search box then we will not find any demand.
Suppose if anyone submits number of demands and he don't want to check it one by one scrolling so he should be able to search directly by entering demand number
