This message is displayed in Post incident details of Flow Designer.

Hi,

is the Post Incident Details a custom Action created?

any script is present in that custom action?

Is that custom action created in global scope or custom scope?

I could see you are using Incident as reference type input variable. how it is set?

Good practice to always put flows in a scoped application rather than the global application. So try to make flow in scoped application only.
