Error Message Resuming Course

I just started the ServiceNow training and took my first exam. I received this e-mail (Congratulations! You passed the RiseUp with ServiceNow Bootcamp Accreditation exam).

Now, I have returned to the course. I clicked on "resume" but I get this error message and do not know how to resolve it: (using Chrome Version 131.0.6778.109 (Official Build) (64-bit))

400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
