Error while deleting service catalog item from my application (Editing a checked out item is restricted)

Guys,

Please help with the below situation and valuable suggestions to solve this issue.

Facing an issue while trying to delete an unwanted catalog item from my application.

Showing an error Editing a checked out item is restricted

Also, there is no option to cancel the checkout as well in these records.

 

Is there any force deletion or force checkout option available to remove these stale entries from my application?

Note:- Already tried the below article, but still can't able to delete the entries.

Hi,

Can you navigate to Catalog Builder in left-hand navigation and then find these two items, check the status and consider clicking the item, then clicking "Edit". If you can do so, then you've checked the item out.

Then, you can navigate back to Maintain Items (left hand navigation) > select your item > then click Cancel Checkout button, which should now show.

Otherwise, please provide more information as there isn't enough here with what you're showing for us to help you fully.

Obviously, based on the name we're seeing, someone was messing around with items and perhaps accidentally caused this issue.
