EUC - Catalog item not showing on portal

A catalog item is not showing on the portal search, in the service catalog view or on the topic page it's been added to . But we can able to see the catalog item in 'maintain items' and directly via link.
I found these
active - true

catalogs & categories - present

Hide on service portal - false

Availability -desktop
but still it's not appearing in the portal search. How to fix this issue

Hi @aiswaryabk 

 

Make sure Category of the catalog item has been updated. If category is empty, add it. 

Also make sure you have 'meta' updated for that catalog for keyword search.

 

Ensure "Visible Elsewhere" is checked on the item, "No search" is false, and User Criteria allows access.
