Export date and time of 'field change' to excel

Hi!

How can I export the date of Field changes to excel of all tickets that state was changed to 'qualified' ?

This data is stored in the sys_audit table but I would rather not promote the idea of doing reporting on this table.

I would also rather not promote the idea of having a field on the record "state changed to Qualified" unless of course if the company has regulations... Because the risk is to end up having 50 fields "date" to report on whatever has been done

I would suggest to use either:

* SLA : How long does it take to be "Qualified"

* Metrics :record the time when the state changes to qualified and then report on it
