Hi
Ive made the mistake of adding over 500 knowledge articles to the Dev environment manually. And now I am trying to migrate them to the Prod environment and am realising that I may not be able to do this.
Has anyone been able to do this? Or will I have to manually add them to the Prod environment. Externally to Service Now they are in Microsoft Word Documents.
Many thanks for the help
Thanks
Adam

If they are already in SN dev instance i think u can take XML extract and import them in Prod.Even attachmnets with articles will come to prod then...

We ran into an issue where when we were pushing articles out to the end users for yearly review a scripting issue in IE, then in Mozilla was blanking out the published articles and leaving empty text fields. I now use Chrome and do not have this issue. Additionally we found that SN does not like cut and paste with IE. It tolerates it a bit in Mozilla, but again, it seems like Chrome is a better choice for this. Had to cut the dev article text and paste it into a different tab on production many, many times but it allowed it. Manually may be a pain, but at least it can be done.
Good luck.
