I know this is not really a place for venting. But I’m three months or so into this site, and don’t know where else to post this. Basically, it would be good to know that I have assistance, because no man is an island. Even though I have a very good memory, and rare and extreme abilities. I’m only one person at the end of the day. I’m hypersensitive so feel things intensely. It would be good if I have assistance for this CSA exam, which I’m preparing for. Bitesize assistance. Not anyone trying to make me lose my brain cells.
Kind regards.

Hi Grippy Shadow,
I understand that CSA can be daunting. I completed my earlier this year and only started my career in IT (after various others) at the end of last year. So to say that everything was a little daunting was understated. My best tip for you is to try and find some practice questions. They will give you a feel for what the questions will be like.
My colleagues also say that CSA is one of the hardest because it covers such a broad range of topics and you are often not use to the platform yet. I don't say this to scare you just to make you aware. And remember many people have done it before you. You can do it too.
However, I would suggest really having a play around in an environment. Even if that is a PDI. Get a feel for it. Try and do a few things like practice prepping for an upgrade or create new catalogue items. This really helps you get a feel for the platform and what it can do. Doing this will help. I didn't feel ready to complete my exam until I was able to do some shadowing work.
Otherwise make sure that you know your basic table names (user, problem, task, incident, knowledge etc.) and roles and their accesses rites (ie. admin).
I also found it really useful to do the basics of flow designer, performance analytics and CMDB to get my head around terminology.
I hope this helps you and does not overload you.
Otherwise best of luck for when you take your exam.
