Filtering Additional Comments and Work Notes field via Reporting Page

Hi!

Is there a way to add the Additional Comments and Work Notes as part of the conditions on the reporting page? We have been wanting to filter out several keywords from these fields, but we can't find them in the condition builder. Adding in keywords will not suffice because we want to filter multiple words in one report.

We are currently using the Vancouver version, if that helps. Thank you very much!

There are ACL and i guess it is not much recommended to report on Work notes / Additional Comments.
