Fiscal Calendar generation

I've found several posts regarding trouble with generation of fiscal calendars, but I've not found anything that seem to actually answer the issue I'm having. If you know of a previous post, by all means, feel free to let me know. We've been on SNow since late 2017. Since then, I have been generating our Fiscal calendars for reporting. In our 4-5-4 calendar, FY24 happens to be the first 53-week year I've had to deal with.

I am using the older "Fiscal Periods" interface, that appears to still be supported, simply because I'm familiar with it. I was able to generate FY24, and do so as a 4-5-4 calendar. It defaulted to a 52-week year, however. I was able to edit the FY, the Quarters, and the Month simply enough, but I can't find any way to ADD a 53rd week. Is there something I'm missing? Is there somewhere I have to define which years will be 53 week years?

I have deleted and recreated the FY24 calendar multiple times, with the same results.

Current records:

FY24 20230730-20240803 (adjusted manually)

FY24:M12 20240630-20240803 (adjusted manually)

FY24:Q4 20240428-20240803 (adjusted manually)

FY24:W52 20240721-202407 (correct, but requires a 53rd week to reach end of fiscal year)

Update & a Correction: Thought I'd try again while I was waiting on advice. I deleted any record of FY24 I could find (we only use it for report filters anyway, and I used my TEST instance). Deleted every record in both the Fiscal Periods view, but also anything I found remaining in the Business Calendars view.

I then Generated as usual through the Fiscal Calendar -> Generate option. I selected 4-5-4 along with the appropriate dates. In the Fiscal Periods view, as before, I have 52 weeks (Missing the final week of the FY). In the Business Calendars view, I see the same (short) date range for the FY24, and Fiscal Q4, and Fiscal M12. I know I can adjust the FY, FQ, and Period date ranges here, and even generate a W53. But I also know that while the date changes will show up in the Fiscal Calendar view, the 53rd week will not. I also don't know how much that may matter. It's entirely possible this older screen just won't impact what I need it for.

Correction: FY18 was apparently a 53-week FY, and I've noticed that the 53rd week Creation time stamp is about 3 minutes later than all the rest. So, I'm assuming back then, I was able to create a new record without any issue.
