Flow Designer failing because of alias connection?

Hello,

I'm trying to use a plugin (F5 BIG-IP Spoke) in the flow designer for an application from my company. However, when I test I get the error "Unable to load connection with alias ID: a4c9950edb40ef009a985404ce961952 Open Connection Alias".
What does that mean?

I already configured "Run As - System user" in properties

Hi,

Navigate to sys_db_object

Search for basic_auth_credentials table

Open the record

In the application access tab check if the setup is same as what i gave in the screenshot.
