Hi,
I'm trying to open the operations view/execution details of a flow in my PDI, but it is not opening. I'm only able to view below provided screenshot.

By default, flow reporting is turned off. Please refer to the article below to enable reporting and then trigger your flow again.
Activate flow reporting -

Hello,
Done that and added the flows with FULL logging and still does not show. It is as if it starts to think about it then it quits. I also cannot activate subflows!

Did the solution below work for you ?
I have the same thing in a Washington PDI and I have the reporting set as full, and still it is only showing me the above after a test (working out why a Wait for condition just seems to be processing)
Also, trying to "Activate" and I now have a blank screen with no information or anything

I have the same issue that you have in my PDI as well. Haven't found a fix yet.
