Flow designer is not opening in Operations view

Hi,

I'm trying to open the operations view/execution details of a flow in my PDI, but it is not opening. I'm only able to view below provided screenshot.

Thanks all for the comments and help. Upgrading the engine studio worked for me. Once again, thanks to all for the pointers.
