Flow Designer variables return empty values

Please assist, my flow designer variables returns empty values. It's first time I am having this, I have not had this problem before. Please assist, see image below.

@Kamva In the "Get catalog variables" action Check if you have added the 'Requested Item' record

if still no luck, then I think you should open a support case in HI.
