There are six styles you can choose for ordered lists in the HTML editor that we use when editing knowledge articles. I would like to be able to format outlines like this:
- Top level item
- Nested item
- Deeper nesting
- Another nested item
- Another deep item
This is easy to do in most outlining tools. It is tedious in the ServiceNow HTML editor. Each time the indenting level changes, the writer must re-select the proper style for that level of nesting.
Is it possible to configure a set of styles for ordered and unordered lists so that the indent levels can be formatted automatically?
