Get all records in lookup records action in flow designer

In flow designer, I am using the action lookup records which has max records as set to default 1000. In docs its mentioned its give result upto max 10k records. So I have a use case where I want all records on a particular condition. So is there any way to get all records without limiting results to any count?

You can changes this count but at a cost of performance issue.
