I've customized the "ATF test Ordering catalog item(s) from saved bundle" test to use our catalog items instead of the OOB version with demo data.
I'm having trouble with the "Open Shopping Cart page in the Service Portal portal" step, I'm getting the error "Timeout exceeded. Falied to execute the test step." When I open the test step the Timeout field briefly flashes and I can see it is set for 0 seconds, but the field doesn't display on the form even though I have exposed it on the form. I do see it on other test steps but not on this one. How can I change the timeout value when it doesn't display? Or is there another reason I'm getting the error?

Hi,
Try to create a system property as mentioned in https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0695425 this will solve the timeout exceed issue.
