Hi,

I am facing an issue in PROD instance, I have deactivated outbound email configurations But it saved my user name in glide.email.test.user property then I cleared it But it still Displaying the same value. whereas it doesn't have any value saved in that property in the sys_properties table. So How could I delete that value in Email Properties -> Email Outbound Configurations section?

So you are saying; that property was having value and even after clearing it out/empty it still shows the value in it?

Yes, it was showing in email properties. But not in Sys_properties table

Are using a Chrome browser? If so, see my other comments.
