Hi,
I am facing an issue in PROD instance, I have deactivated outbound email configurations But it saved my user name in glide.email.test.user property then I cleared it But it still Displaying the same value. whereas it doesn't have any value saved in that property in the sys_properties table. So How could I delete that value in Email Properties -> Email Outbound Configurations section?
Thanks in advance

Hi Nikhil,
the article does mention about few properties but not the one you are looking for; since this is in production I would encourage you to raise a HI ticket with ServiceNow and they can investigate more on this
Do let us know what's the response

Hi there,
Is the system property value actually empty, if you check the XML? And is onLoad your user name filled with? If so... this is a common with Chrome browsers.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

If it is indeed the Chrome browser:
Turning Off Autofill in Chrome
Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen.)
Click on Settings.
In the "Autofill" section, expand the area for which you wish to disable Autofill.
Toggle the setting OFF if it is on. The system will automatically save your settings.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
