Global Search Results with Next Experience sorting

On the Global Search results page for San Diego using Next Experience clicking the "View All" for a section (such as "View all Task - Incidents") the page displayed is not a list display that is sortable.  Previously this page was a list display and you could click on the column headers such as "Created" or "Closed" to sort if you were looking for more recent tickets.  I don't see anything in the documentation for how to adjust this. Is there a configuration for this display?

Hey,

We cannot control the sort order for the global search results, but admins can adjust the weight of fields to give more weightage to some fields than other fields to improve the search.

You can follow below article for better understanding

How global search results are sorted

Thanks for the reply.  I'm not really talking about the initial results, which make sense to have the sorting they have, but when you click on the link to see full results for that section if you are in UI16 it displays in list view where you can adjust columns and sort, but in Next Experience it just shows the results with no ability to sort or further filter like list view gives.

We feel your pain, lindacharles! If this was an omission, it was a pretty bad one. I hope they restore that functionality in San Diego
