Not getting emails when additional comments are added.

Hi, 

There is one email notification on 'sc_req_item' table which is running when a record is updated and has a condition 'Additional comments' changes. In the 'who will receive' section the user added is 'requested_for' user. 

What is happening here is when a requestor is adding a comment he is not receiving notification but if some other user is adding a comment then the requestor is receiving notification. 

I am not able to understand why is it behaving like this if it is satisfying a condition that 'additional comment' changes even when a requestor is adding an additional comment.

Hi Afsar,

This could be because you are the event creator, so it might not be sending emails to you.

Try checking the field Send to event creator on the respective notification and see.

But in the user/groups field, I have given as requested_for then why it is required to check that particular checkbox(sent to event creator) ?
