Group Approval activity waiting for all members of group to approve

I have a group approval activity that is set to wait for "An approval from each group", which from my understanding will mark the item approved if ANY of the group members approve it. However, it's sitting waiting for approval from all the members. Why would it do that? I had another workflow where the expected behavior was seen- only one of the group members would have to approve to let the workflow continue.

When I kick off a request and have everyone approve and click on the Show Workflow, it only shows the catalog request workflow in State=Finished for all activities.

Based on the fact it is only using this workflow, thats the reason its not approving, it will just sit at requested as thats the value you have set. At no point in your workflow does it kick off your other workflow?

chris-ZFS-usic3-add-share never gets kicked off.. Service Catalog Request only does this. Begin > set value requested on workflow > END.

At no point does it kick off the "chris-ZFS-usic3-add-share" workflow to then begin working through your approvals.

Yeah that's what it looks like, but somehow it knows to send approval requests to the two members of the group I have in the group approval activity in the "chris-ZFS-usic3-add-share" workflow. So, it's running that part...?

On your catalog Item, what workflow is it set to be using?

This should be specific to your task.

To then add to that if you hit the "I" icon next to that workflow and browse your way to Workflow Versions, you should also be able to find the "Workflow Stages" and Activities, this section may also have some useful information that could be blocking it.

The workflow in the catalog item is set to "chris-ZFS-usic3-add-share" workflow and I can drill down and find the current published one, but I don't see any clues in there why it's getting stuck. I wonder why something this simple is so hard. I guess I'll open a ticket with support. Thanks a lot for your help.
