I have a Guided Tour that works on all Change Requests. But I'd really like to have a way of parsing the Guided Tour into smaller tours. For example, based on the STATE of the record, a Guided Tour to create a New Change and another Guided Tour on Review/Closing the change. The time between New and Closing a change can be days or weeks. So giving info about closing while the record is still in New isn't terribly helpful from a user perspective.
Is there a way to make a Guided Tour conditional based on the state of the record? ie Autolaunch only if the change state=Review(3)
I did find this info, which is similar, but it doesn't say where this would be applied at in the Guided Tour setup:
