Heatmap Configuration Factor for X-axis

Hi, I'm trying to populate the Factor for X-axis in the Heatmap Configuration of an Inherent Assessment in a Risk Assessment Methodology with a Group Factor, but it's not letting me do so nor showing the Group Factor in the search, any insights/advice on what to do here?

 

The group factor's name is Impact

Formula for qualitative score is Product

Includes two qualitative manual factors

Hi @GannahA ,

 

  • Instead of selecting the Group Factor “Impact”, pick one of the child factors under that group.

  • If you want the group as a whole, you need to redesign the methodology so one factor represents “Impact” instead of being a group.
