HELP - I do not have access to my previous work email, nor do I have access to my MFA codes. I CANNOT access my NowLearning to get to my certifications for the delta exams. SN is NOT responding to any emails or tickets I create to help me remove the old MFA associations. Can anyone provide any help?
I cannot change my email on my SN id, because I have to have MFA. I cant change my MFA to email because again I have to have MFA before I can change it. And I don't have access to the old email.
This is a complete stoppage with no solution that I can find.

Hi ,
I tried to open a case and share your link but looks not quite straight forward for another user.
I recently changed partners and I created a new account on my learning then I opened a help case and added the details of my older now learning account and asked for my certifications to be transferred. This was processed within a reasonable time.

Hi Olga,
Yes as my outline above I opened a case and my certifications were transferred to my new employer account. Are you working for a SN partner? If you do you should be able to access NowLearning with your new work email and open a case put the older work email as reference and ask that your certifications are transferred.
