I'm working in the Service Operations Workspace
The ask is to have RITMs displayed in the caller's recent tasks lists when opening a new Interaction.
So, I'm able to get the initial list displayed properly after making some adjustments to the Data Broker Server Script for Recent Tasks.
However, when you select the "View All" link, the list still shows Requests and no Request Items.
I've done some digging, and found a few different answers related to UX List Menu Configurations and UX Lists. I have looked in there, but I don't see any that appear to provide this list view where it's displaying incidents, requests, and change requests.
I also found some info regarding the fixed filter attribute, and do see this:
I'm unable to edit that filter though, and have been unable to locate that listQuery anywhere. Any idea where I need to be looking?
